ROOF is located at the top of a DGNB gold-certified sustainable building that takes a holistic approach to sustainability. This means that its social, economic, environmental, and technical qualities are significantly better than the requirements in Danish building regulations.

With respect for the character and distinctive features of this iconic building from 1962, it underwent an extensive renovation process over several years and now stands as a new version of the original.‍
